A physician's experience
I can't thank Dr. Bri and Michael enough for their program. I am a physician myself and had never heard of pelvic floor dysfunction….until I was in constant misery and went searching for help. My urologist colleagues tried the usual litany of antibiotics, dietary changes and pain pills. Nothing helped. I couldn't sleep and I was on the verge of quitting my job as a plastic surgeon, giving up golf and other exercise. But then my wife found this program and I signed up. What an amazing difference for my quality of life. In just two weeks I was feeling better and now almost 3 months along I'm probably 75% symptom free. I still have bad days but they are so much less severe and I feel confident I can get myself out of pain.

I've had chronic pelvic pain for decades
I've had chronic pelvic pain for decades and I've spent thousands of dollars on doctors visits, specialists, and tests without receiving any answers or help. I've heard things like "There's nothing we can do, There doesn't seem to be anything wrong, and even, It's all in your head". These experiences have left me feeling confused, hopeless, and alone...I've been doing the program for 6 weeks now and I'm very satisfied with the results. After doing my 4 week evaluation I saw a 21% improvement! That is incredible to me as I haven't seen any improvement since the pain began years ago...for the first time in a long time I feel as if I can overcome this.

I was missing a piece of the puzzle
This program gave me a hope that my pelvic floor can be treated. I was in a lot of pain when I started. I did the 12 week program and still doing the stretches. I feel a lot better now. I still have flare ups and minor pain. I know I'm getting better. At least I have the tools now that help me to release the tension and give me confidence I can overcome this...I learned how to get rid off negative thoughts and emotions, how to relax my body and mind, how to reprogram my body to think positively. I think, I was missing a piece of the puzzle until I went to the retreat.

Bottom line: it's worth it
For nearly 3 months, I wasted away in my bedroom, only getting up to stretch along with Michael Hodge's videos on Dr. Bri's YouTube ch...I was unable to work, alone in my room, and in between waiting rooms at disinterested doctors' offices. These were VERY dark times. After that phone call with Michael, I signed up for the program. The two most helpful aspects of month one's routines were the deep stretches that taught me how to really open up the pelvic floor and the meditations that helped me escape the feedback loop of pain and tension...It wasn't until I began to find moments of inner peace that the pain began to subside.

A practical way out of chronic pain
When i stumbled across Transform, i was literally at the point where my doctor had told me that we had come to an impasse and my only option was a pain clinic to work out best way to manage my pain. I was sore, depressed and increasingly hopeless. Then with Transform, there was not only a coherent explanation for why i was in pain, but a well explained course of action for getting my life back...After 10 weeks I still have a way to go, but my life is worth living again, and i have chalked up significant improvement.

A gentle guide back to health
I'm currently in week 9 of the Overcome program and my pain is almost all gone and I'm back to most of my normal activities. Michael does an excellent job of helping you understand the root cause of your pain/disfunction, which has made a huge difference in my healing. I was unable to get this understanding from other sources (doctors, PT, etc) in the past, which prevented me from moving forward.

For the men!
When I started the program, I could literally barely breathe from my PFD. I couldn't sit for long and I was having all kinds of problems using the bathroom. I stuck with the programming as intended (6 days per week, at the start of each day) and I was feeling better within a week. By the end of the program, all my symptoms had resolved and my core was more well-trained than it had ever been (even despite years of olympic weightlifting).

I struggled daily with my pelvic pain symptoms
Before starting this program I struggled daily with my pelvic pain symptoms. It was starting to affect my family life and I needed to make a change. Luckily I stumbled upon the Overcome program and saw some marked improvement within a week of starting it. As the weeks went on I continued to feel better and better everyday...Now, several months later, I can honestly say I am healed. And, best of all, I now have the tools to manage my pain if it does return.

Michael was always willing to talk to me
From day one, Michael was always willing to talk to me. He really lifted me up out of a dark place and gave me the hope I needed - he was definitely the light at the end of my tunnel. The simple fact of talking with someone that overcame pelvic pain was extremely amazing. He made me believe I could get better and that's exactly what happened.

Wonderful experience with Overcome Pelvic Pain for Men
I have struggled with pelvic pain for years, in fact I have lived with the pain for so long I began to believe that it was just the normal human experience. I thought it was normal to feel discomfort and pain when sitting for more than a few minutes! Eventually, however, during a time of great stress and anxiety in my life, the pain and discomfort reached a critical point...Without a doubt this was the worst period of my life so far, but at the time I could never have appreciated the fact that it was also the catalyst for the greatest period of growth and personal development I have ever experienced!

The overcome pelvic pain program for men has been a life saver
My pain and urinary issues began quite suddenly in March 2021...As a man, I really struggled to find any sort of useful help. After many invasive tests, which all came back normal, and multiple doses of antibiotics I was really down and out. Anxiety and depression started to set in due to the despair of "what the hell is wrong with me"...It's now Mid November, and compared to where I was a few months back, I feel great.

Grateful
To put this in perspective, I am 75, a retired physician, and have had pelvic pain for 15 years. I was told that I had levator ani syndrome, that there was no cure, that stress played a large part, and that rectal valium was pretty much the only effective treatment...Since starting the Vibrant Pelvic Health program with Michael about 7 weeks ago the pain has gone down significantly from a 9 to a 2-5.

I instinctively KNEW I landed in the right place
Full disclosure: I'm 70 years old and I've had pelvic floor pain and dysfunction for 33 years. Yep, not a typo. So, I came in hopeful, and skeptical. But something stirred within me from the first minute of the program. I instinctively KNEW I landed in the right place...A miracle. Then a step or two back. Then steady progress. The miracle? I immediately felt better. After a few sessions, really VISUALIZING the muscles relaxing, they relaxed!

The combination gave me my life back!

Michael's platform empowered my recovery
Michael's Transform program was a major part of my recovery from PFD, which I'd been suffering from for 3+ years. His holistic approach addresses mind, body and emotions...I did overcome and am pain-free for over one year. And I've been able to spring-board from this difficult experience to making improvements in my mind, body and spirit in many ways.

This program has really been a shinning light for me not just in terms of pelvic health but also my mindset, and dealing with my past. I am about 70% healed, I still have some way to go especially calming my nervous system but 70% is a miracle in my eyes...I'm slowly getting but surely getting my life back....but not my old life a whole new one emotionally, physically and spiritually!

A month after and I am doing SO much better!
A month after and I am doing SO much better! I kept doing week 5 for this whole month and only graduated to week 6 yesterday. It went from being kinda hard and making me tense to being easy these days (and week 6 also feels easy). I can also walk a decent amount and don't feel pain almost at all. Looking forward to the following weeks!

Symptoms down by 70%
Hi everyone. Its been a month since I have started with this course and it has been amazing. Before starting I had a lot of burning before, after and during urination. Burning in the pelvis. Every time I used to sit there would be a constant feeling of an urge to urinate. Also there would be burning in the anal region. Now my symptoms are down by 70%. On some days I forget I have a pelvic floor dysfunction...I am grateful to Michael for this program. This program has made me feel almost normal after a long time! The anxiousness that I faced for 3 months before i started with this course is something that I will never forget.

CPPS practically gone
Hi Michael: I started your program 9 days ago and it has definitely helped me already. Congratulations on a very well done, professional and thorough program. I have had CPPS for 5.5 months now that I suspect is due to 3.5 years of chronic anxiety, which is now practically gone. So, I think that the CPPS is my "long haul" anxiety issue.

More windows of feeling better in 3 weeks than in 6 years
Hi Michael and all, I am about to start month 1 week 4 of the Overcome program and can honestly say I have had more windows of feeling better in the last three weeks than I have in the previous 6 years, like many I have been to countless doctors, PT's etc spending a fortune in the next possible solution always hoping for the answer but I think what sets this program apart is the entire thing is guided and it actually feels like Michael is your personal coach and that you are accountable.

26 days pain-free after 3 years
Hello everyone, I am on the 3rd month, week 4, and 5 more days I will be done all the 3 months exercise routine. First of all, I AM A VERY HAPPY GUY for the entire 3rd month, all the pain that I suffered (especially in urinating, penal pain) for almost 3 years have GONE, I think I can call my self now as part of the OVERCOMERS, because it's been 26 days and counting that I suffered no pain anymore, WOW!!!!!!!...I am writing this to help everyone in this community not to lose hope on your sufferings, during my month 2, week 2 so much discouragement I felt because I SUFFERED THE MOST PAINFUL FEELINGS ON MY PENAL AREA, but I still continue the routine, amazingly on the 3rd month, pain was gone...CONTINUE WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND YOU WILL ALSO GET THE RESULTS I GOT IN HERE!!!!!!!

Life quality from 10 to 2, suffered 15 years
For anybody complaining about the price of this 3 month program ($500) It is money well spent! you cant put a price on your health and these people put a lot of time and dedication into their exercise videos to help others and really 500 bucks isn't much to fix something that can literally make your life quality go from a 10 to a 2 and suffer for 15 years like I did. I have noticed my symptoms getting better and I am only 9 days into the 3 month course I look forward to completing it and getting my life back and being able to be myself! Thank you so much ❤

Overcome for Men is great!!!
In March 2021 I started to develop UTI like symptoms: painful ejaculation, burning during and after urination and I felt urine trapped to the walls of my urethra after urination. I was finally diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction in August 2021 after having negative urine tests. I started the Overcome Program for Men in September and have noticed substantial results. I'm less tense in the pelvic area, I'm less hesitant while urinating and I don't feel as much urine trapped in my urethra after urination.

A truly transformative program
I am on the final week of the Overcome program and cannot recommend it highly enough. I came in with both pelvic pain and urinary symptoms and have been essentially symptom-free since going through the emotional release practices in the middle of the program. This program is transformative far beyond just men's pelvic health.

My symptoms were urinary frequency
My symptoms were urinary frequency and weird urethral sensation (not sure if I would call it pain, but definitely bothersome. I'm about to complete week 12 and this has been a rocky road with ups and downs...Overall, my symptoms have greatly improved, I can hold my bladder for 4-5 hours, the urethral sensation is mostly there when I'm anxious. I think that I'm at 80% of my recovery.

Transform Pelvic Health truly does transform pelvic health!
I want to share this review particularly for any women out there suffering from an overactive bladder or a 'diagnosis' of IC. For many years (7) I was so convinced that the problem was my bladder. Only to come to understand that the problem was underlying issues with my thoughts (fears), nervous system and brain-bladder communication...Since that time I am happy to report that my symptoms show up only on occasion (1-2 times a month down from what felt like 24/7).
